Summary
In early 2019, based on data from our 2018 User Needs Assessment, we conducted a diary study with 10 undergraduate students. We sent them daily surveys for two weeks about their use of study space on and off campus, with the goal of better understanding how the Libraries can meet their needs.
My Role
I selected the methodology, supervised the researcher who developed the daily surveys (delivered via Qualtrics), recruited participants, conducted intake interviews, and supervised the overall direction of the project.
